What services do you offer?

We offer a host of services depending on the size and needs of your real estate portfolio. We provide robust bookkeeping and tailored reporting on a schedule that is relevant to you-monthly, quarterly, annually. We offer additional strategic support and specialized advisory services that may arise on an as-needed basis and we are always available and willing to discuss any additional services that are needed as you grow or maintain your portfolio.

What programs and tools do you use?

We use a host of tools to help with the sharing of information that is needed to complete effective accounting tasks. They are easy to use and we always make sure you are comfortable with how the information is being shared, considering efficiency, effectiveness and security. Some of the programs we use are Quickbooks, Hubdoc, Melio, and TaxDome. Again, once we discuss the scope of the services you need, we will decide which are the most appropriate. Not all investors need all of these programs.

Who is your target audience?

Our target audience is any real estate investor who needs help with their finances. We focus on small to midsize REIs, especially those who may feel unsure about their financial decisions and processes. Maybe you unexpectedly fell into the opportunity to own a piece of property, maybe you sought out your first single-family home rental, maybe you are branching out to vacation rentals OR maybe you are adding your fourth property to your portfolio, running a business with 200 doors, or looking to hire a property manager and other employees. Often times, your real estate venture did not come with an accounting degree, so you may not feel comfortable with recording the transactions that are necessary to report on your business.
